I let a friend talk me into enlisting in 1977 did 4yrs got out wished I would have made it a career. I believe everyone should give it a try in my opinion it's good discipline and training. See the world.

I knew a dude who clocked sub 10min for 2.4km run for military fitness test. while running a fucking 39 degree fever because he didn't want to drop out. (he only reported sick after clearing the test with flying colours) the dude was humble, fit as hell and could dig 10 people's worth of trenches during basic training. some monsters are built different.
